Whether you are a regular yoga practitioner or a first time explorer, yogamonday has something new to offer you.  We created yogamonday to encourage neighborhood community based practices that support well being of the individual and the communities in which we live. 

yogamonday is a special kind of yoga experience integrating familiar power yoga with Affect Psychology (the biological basis of emotion) to enhance emotional balance.  This practice is about connecting body, emotion, thought and community.
